Period and term of warranty

1. Period of warranty

The Nagakawa air conditioners are waranteed 24 months from date of purchasing but not exceeding 30 months from the date of manufacturing, the compressors are waranteed 05 years. During the period of warranty, products will be repair and replace components for free in Nagakawa Service Centers.

2. Term of wannaty for free

- Products still are within period of warranty and have warranty registration.

- Products damaged due to components or due to manufacturer.

- Number of machines and seals stamp still be intact, not torn or lost.

- Serial number on the product and the warranty ticket must be the same.

- Present the product’s warranty ticket as soon as requiring service.

3. Term of service after sales

- Product warranty period has expired

- Warranty Registration is not complete and does not send information back to service center within 15 days of purchasing

- Damage due to accidents, natural disasters, floods, lightning, improper transportation

- Model number, serial number was erased, scraped, cleaned, torn or scratched, not match serial number on the machine.

- Install and use in wrong technique, wrong voltage or regulated by voltage instability that makes fire, short compressor, fan motor and damage the electronic circuits.

- The other failures that are not the manufacturer's fault.

- Voluntarily remove, change the structure of the product or repair in other places that are not the warranty center of Nagakawa Vietnam or the authorized warranty agencies.

- All outside components such as case machine.

4. The other terms

- Warranty ticket only be granted once.
- When you lose warranty ticket, please contact consulting center and customer care for assistance.
- In case of reporting ticket lost at the same time requesting of warranty, customer will not be warranted for free.
